Prerequisites

Students will gain a comprehensive overview of security threat analysis methods, as well as ways of committing criminal activity (cybercrime) and ensuring computer security from current security threats, their causes, connections, and solutions to activities associated with them. In this subject.

Course objectives
Students will gain basic information about environmental and social security threats, etc.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- think in the context of cognitive biases in general and in security practice
- analyze security and create formal models.
- to forecast (not only) in safety studies
- be able to specify the Copenhagen School and its philosophy.
- describe the military sector, environmental, economic, social and political sector and their synthesis
- present and understand the connections with the conflicts in Syria 1.2
- master structured analytical techniques - Diagnostic techniques, Oppositional (Contrarian) techniques, Imaginative thinking techniques
- describe terrorism - concept, development, causes, manifestations of terrorism in the contemporary world and the fight against terrorism in the 21st century
- describe and know military security threats in the 21st century: global security and organized crime, energy and cyber threats
- control and specify cybercrime and computer security
- describe and specify environmental and societal security threats in the 21st century: the problem of resource depletion as a security threat, migration and religious conflicts as a security threat
