Course objectives (in Czech): Kurs bude představovat úvod do problematiky teorie parlamentarismu a politické reprezentace od počátku moderního státu až do současnosti. Představeny budou jednotlivé klíčové koncepty reprezentace, parlamentu a parlamentní formy vlády, od Thomase Hobbese a Johna Lockea přes W. Blackstona, J. St. Milla, W. Bahegota až po C. Schmitta, E. Fraenkela, H. Preusse, H. Kelsena, P. Schumpetera až po současnou teorii parlamentarismu. Důraz bude věnován i na budoucnost parlamentarismu v éře nadnárodní integrace.
