Course objectives
Description of the course: This course thematically builds on the subject eGovernment: Legal Issues. In its framework, students will deepen their knowledge of basic public administration registers, they will embrace the concept of eJustice, and immerse into the issue of data boxes and electronic signature. Attention will also be paid to data security. By a successful completion of this specialized course students will receive a holistic view of activities and ways of exercise of public authority called by the concept eGovernment.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Podmínkou pro získání zápočtu v zimním semestru bude zpracování semestrální práce a to formou odborné eseje (s maximálním rozsahem do 5 str. A4). Garantem výuky budou navrženy rámcová témata pro přípravu semestrálních prací. Konkrétní téma semestrální práce navrhne student a předloží ho garantovi ke schválení. Časový rámec pro zadávání a přípravu semestrálních prací bude konkrétně upřesněn na začátku semestru.
