- Students will develop an idea of the key terms and problems of responsibility for criminal offenses and administrative offenses and understand the differences between them, especially in the form of expanding their knowledge. In exercises in the form of repetition, they will deepen their practical skills and be able to use critical analysis and argumentation skills. And that with a specific focus on controversial topics that shape the security and strategic culture of the country as well as its practical security policy.

- Course objectives
- Students will develop an idea of the key terms and problems of responsibility for criminal offenses and administrative offenses and understand the differences between them, especially in the form of expanding their knowledge. In exercises in the form of repetition, they will deepen their practical skills and be able to use critical analysis and argumentation skills. And that with a specific focus on controversial topics that shape the security and strategic culture of the country as well as its practical security policy.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- know the constitutional principles, basic principles and principles of punishment - describe criminal liability and legal liability (their differences) - describe other public law offenses (disciplinary, payment and others) - find your way around the scope of tort regulations (personal, local, temporal) - know the facts of the offense and its features (criminal acts, misdemeanors) - list the circumstances excluding illegality and the basic principles of criminal and misdemeanor proceedings, incl. of the tort procedure - Enumerate punishments and their imposition - know what the termination of tortious liability is and means (properly legal and criminally legal) - apply here practical examples and analysis of jurisprudence - Syllabus
