- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The course introduces students to the economic and political dilemmas of globalization and their manifestations in various areas of life. It teaches students to identify long-term trends in the development of society and use basic knowledge of economics to understand these trends.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing this course, students will be able to
- identify and analyze the various manifestations of economic and political globalization,
- understand the impact of the functioning of markets on human well-being,
- identify political and non-political obstacles to globalization,
- understand the dynamics of economic and political processes that characterize the contemporary world.
