Monografie s názvem „Bezpečnostní hrozby a veřejný pořádek“ se naučným způsobem zaměřila na vnitřní bezpečnost v České republice a na symbol, vnitřní bezpečnosti, kterým je zejména veřejný pořádek. V této souvislosti autor popisuje i jeho základní nepřátele, přičemž vyjmenovává a diverzifikuje vyjmenované bezpečnostní hrozby i rizika. Čtenář nalezne v monografii globální pohled do bezpečnostní politiky státu, směřující k naplnění hlavních úkolů státu k zajištění bezpečnosti, a její odolnosti čelit prostřednictvím zejm. Integrovaného záchranného systému ČR, největším hrozbám vnitřního pořádku mnoha zemí - terorismu a extrémismu. Monografie popisuje i další hrozby a rizika, kterým ČR čelí. K potvrzení slov autora čtenář nalezne výčet nejzávažnějších činů masových vrahů ve světě i v ČR za posledních 20 let. Současně monografie popisuje prostředky, strukturu a úkoly vybraných exekutivních složek státu, prostřednictvím kterých je schopen těmto hrozbám a rizikům čelit. V závěru pak doplňuje knihu o hrozbách a veřejném pořádku o témata drog, jejich účinků a odhalování, a také témata zbraní a střeliva.

The monography "Security Threats and Public Order" is in an educational way focused on Internal Security in the Czech Republic and on the Public Order as a main symbol of Internal Security. In this regard, the author describes fundamental enemies of the Public Order, and lists and diversifies relevant security threats and risks. The reader will find in this monography a general view on the state's security policy which fulfills one of the main tasks of the state, that is to ensure security and resilience to face the biggest threats to the internal order of many countries today - terrorism and extremism, through the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic. This monography also describes other threats and risks faced by the Czech Republic. The reader will find a list of the most serious acts of mass murderers in the world and in the Czech Republic in the last 20 years. At the same time, this monography describes the means, structure, and tasks of selected executive branches of the state, through which the state is able to face these threats and risks. In the conclusion, this book on threats and public order discusses the topic of drugs, their effects and detection, as well as the topic of weapons and ammunition.
