Abstract
Kapitola se zabývá problematikou způsobení škody obchodní korporaci porušením povinnosti členem jejího voleného orgánu. Dále pak solidaritou osob, které se podílely na vzniku škody, jejich pasivní legitimací ve sporu o náhradu škody a zvláštní žalobou na úhradu reflexní škody.
Abstract (in English)
The chapter deals with the issue of causing damage to a business corporation by breach of duty by a member of its elected body. Furthermore, the solidarity of persons who participated in the occurrence of the damage, their antitlement to be sued in the dispute for compensation for damage and a special claim for the payment of reflective damage.
