Kolektiv autorů poskytuje ucelený komentář paragrafového znění zákona č. 90/1995 Sb., o jednacím řádu Poslanecké sněmovny, včetně jeho příloh - Jednacího řádu vyšetřovací komise a Volebního řádu. Ve výkladu shromažďuje dosavadní zkušenosti s výkladem procesních pravidel, které dokládá citacemi stenoprotokolů a sněmovních tisků. Každá z částí Jednacího řádu je uvedena politologickým úvodem, který poskytuje mezinárodně komparativní a politický kontext. Předkládaná publikace je dlouho očekávanou aktualizací komentáře k Jednacímu řádu Poslanecké sněmovny, který naposledy vyšel v roce 1935. Publikace je určena nejen státním zaměstnancům a členům Poslanecké směnovny, ale také dalším zájemcům o hlubší vhled do fungování sněmovny.

The collective of authors provides a comprehensive commentary on the paragraph-by-section text of Act No. 90/1995 Coll., on the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, including its appendices - the Rules of Procedure of the Investigative Commission and the Electoral Rules. In the interpretation, he collects previous experience with the interpretation of procedural rules, which he substantiates with citations of shorthand reports and parliamentary prints. Each of the parts of the Rules of Procedure is introduced by a political introduction, which provides an internationally comparative and political context. The present publication is a long-awaited update of the commentary on the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, which was last published in 1935. The publication is intended not only for civil servants and members of the Parliamentary Exchange but also for others interested in a deeper insight into the functioning of the Chamber of Deputies.
