Kapitola se věnuje ochraně důvěrných informací v prostředí kapitálového trhu. Nejdříve se zabývá ochraně vnitřních informací, kdy po vymezení vnitřní informace popisuje důsledky zneužití vnitřní informace. Dále se zabývá povinnosti mlčenlivosti, kdy po vymezení povinnosti mlčenlivosti popisuje výjimky z povinnosti mlčenlivosti a důsledky porušení povinnosti mlčenlivosti.

The chapter is devoted to the protection of confidential information in the capital market environment. First of all, it deals with the protection of inside information, where after defining inside information, it describes the consequences of misuse of inside information. It also deals with the duty of confidentiality, where, after defining the duty of confidentiality, it describes the exceptions to the duty of confidentiality and the consequences of breaching the duty of confidentiality.
