Příspěvek se zabývá podmínkami zveřejňování informací z kontroly podle kontrolního řádu. Nejdříve bude vymezena kontrola podle kontrolního řádu a případy, za kterých je kontrolní orgán oprávněn získat od kontrolované osoby požadované informace. Protože se na poskytnuté informace vztahuje povinnost mlčenlivosti, budou vysvětleny podmínky této povinnosti. Dále budou popsány případy, za kterých je kontrolní orgán oprávněn informace získané z kontroly zveřejnit včetně případné soudního přezkumu takového zveřejnění, a případy zveřejnění informace z kontroly na popud třetí osoby, a to podle jednotlivých právních předpisů. Příspěvek se zaměří na případný soudní přezkum, pokud třetí osobě informace z kontroly poskytnuty nejsou.

The post deals with the conditions for publishing information from the inspection according to the inspection regulations. First, the inspection will be defined according to the inspection regulations and the cases in which the inspection body is authorized to obtain the required information from the inspected person. Since the information provided is subject to a duty of confidentiality, the terms of this duty will be explained. The cases in which the control authority is authorized to publish the information obtained from the control, including the possible judicial review of such disclosure, and the cases of disclosure of information from the control at the instigation of a third party, according to individual legal regulations, will also be described. The post will focus on a possible judicial review, if information from the review is not provided to a third party.
