Teaching methods
A specific part of the follow-up master's professional program Safety Management is a professional one practice in the range of at least 6 weeks. The practice will take place at the workplaces of partner organizations and institutions, and on the basis of bilateral agreements. Students of the presented Safety Management study program complete a six-week internship with selected subjects from the field, while the study plan is compiled in such a way as to enable students, in particular, to master practical skills needed to perform the profession supported by the acquisition of the necessary theoretical knowledge within a professionally oriented study program. CEVRO Institute sets additional conditions for the purposes of internships, especially the division of practice into at least two parts, included in the study continuously and in a certain logical connection to knowledge acquired in  individual grades (trimesters). Professional practice thus creates a link between study and future involvement of the listener in a professionally oriented work process. Based on consultations with the teacher providing the internship, the student chooses the workplace where his internship will take place. At the provider's workplace practice independently carries out professional practice, where he performs tasks within the assigned job position, or shadowing the activity of the assigned employee of the given workplace. The content and focus of student professional practice can be linked to the focus of the diploma thesis, but this is not a condition.
Assessment methods
