- Course Enrolment Limitations
- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- The seminar shall take the students through the basic techniques of an effective negotiation, to be used in legal as well as other settings. The participants should, in the form of theoretical explanations and practical group exercises, understand better their own negotiations strengths and weaknesses, and aim to negotiate to a winning end – by settling, rather than disputing issues. Parameters for long- term cooperation shall be discussed and trained. Active participation in at least 2/3 of the seminars is a condition to receive the credit. Active participation means preparation for the seminars, participation in the discussions with the teacher and the practical exercises. The seminar may be attended without the knowledge of legal norms, so it is both open to private law students and the students of public administration.
