Course objectives
The course aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of statistical methods, the use of open data and performance management in the context of public administration.
Learning outcomes
Students will be equipped with the skills to will enable them to:
- Analyse data to inform policy decisions. - Use econometric tools to evaluate policy impacts. - Use open data sources for evidence-based policy. - Understand data quality and GDPR principles. - Conduct benchmarking. - Be able to design scorecards for public sector organisations

Data subject rights in the GDPR 10. Specifics of the GDPR in municipal practice 11. Disclosure of personal data and confidentiality 12. Processing of personal data of municipal employees
