The paper describes the creation and process of building reaction patrols of the Police of the Czech Republic in response to an active shooter attack. First line patrols of the police as a product of the formation of reaction units is a measure of the police to protect soft targets in the Czech Republic. The post describes the reasons, legislation and numbers, including the equipment of the units from the hands of their creator.
