Prerequisites
TYP_STUDIA ( N )
Students will expand their knowledge also in the issues of flood protection, emergency and crisis planning, security councils and crisis teams and critical infrastructure. The acquired theoretical knowledge will then have the opportunity to verify and compare at excursion in practice (DG HZS, etc.). After successful completion of the course, students will understand the broad context current events and will be able to apply theoretical knowledge about prediction, speech, management and coordination of rescue services activities at the scene of the intervention and event.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The subject offers students an overview of the basic activities of the state and the integrated security and rescue components rescue system of the Czech Republic. The aim of teaching in this subject and in this area will be unambiguous and completely understandable form to acquaint students with the role of economic measures for crisis situations within the security system of the Czech Republic of the Republic, with the location and role of administrative authorities, legal and entrepreneurial natural persons and territorial self-governing units in the provision of material resources during the preparation period and after the declaration of crisis situations, with planning principles necessary and mobilization supplies and processing of the specified documentation. Emphasis will be placed on the process at requiring material resources in crisis situations and clarifying the main principles of the preparation and use of regulatory measures.

Teaching methods
Teaching with PowerPoint support (presentation), exercises, group solutions, independent preparation of a seminar paper with subsequent group discussion and evaluation by the teacher. Methods of learning, description and verification of knowledge acquired by the student during lessons and exercises.
Assessment methods
Seminar work on a pre-approved topic, case study application of theoretical knowledge in practice, public defense of case study results. Oral exams.
